Fraudulent or collusive behavior, the use of bots, automation software, and the exploitation of any IT vulnerabilities are explicitly prohibited. The transfer of funds between accounts or attempts to circumvent geographical restrictions using network masking systems are also forbidden. Infringement of these obligations constitutes a serious breach of contract.
All financial transactions must be carried out through payment methods legitimately registered to the account holder. If applicable based on technical provisions and the nature of the service, withdrawal fees may be charged, which will be clearly indicated before the transaction is finalized. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to authorize withdrawals, in order to comply with security and compliance procedures.
The use of the platform and its related services involves an inherent degree of risk regarding fund management and transaction outcomes. No explicit or implicit guarantee is offered regarding profits or positive results. The user agrees to participate by assuming full responsibility for the financial decisions made and their possible consequences.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the interpretation of these terms or the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located within the territory of Italy.
